How do we make a client card inactive?

Hi Gill,

You can`t make it inactive in AM. You can do several things:

1)If it has been replaced by a new card for the same client, you can unify the old one in the new one. This will also delete the old card.

2)If this is a client that you do not want to deal with any more you can create a new card Suspended “Client Name” and unify into this one.

3)If this is a client that you want to suspend dealing only for a temporary period you could use your notes pop up field that will prompt you any warning message you write any time you would start a new document.
