In order to simply view it:
1)Go in the AR
2)Query Client
3)Click Totals area in the bottom right.
That’s all!

Dear Adriano,
1. To find what a customer owes I do this: accounting, acc rec, query and bring up customer + the amount shows next to their name. (is this the easiest way?)
2. Now how to I tell if they have a credit?

Hi Gill,
There are 2 ways of achieving this:
1)You can check AR for Invoices and AP for Credits
2)You can run a New Statement 2 from AR in Print Preview which will give you Invoices and Credits on the same document with the actual balance and 0-30-60-90+ Outlook.
