Hi Heather,

You have 2 options:

Option 1 - If the current reoccurring record in PO is in NP or RTP state, then you can do a show non posted and edit the values inside. In this case these kind of reoccurring records are simply containers records that you always keep in your system with an old date and never post and can change

Option 2 - If the reoccurring record is in P, then you would create a new PO record as a reoccurring with identical parameters to the old one but just different values. Then in the Utilities button you would highlight the Old one and select - Invert Reoccurring Flag - This will make the old one disappear from your reoccurring list!
