Dear Adriano,

Heather has asked me to email you in regards to the backorders. We have noticed that when you come to invoice the backorders, it keeps the price the same as when the order was made (for majors, they have a price list/ category), which we do understand makes sense for retailers. However, it is really more suitable for us that the items are sold at the most recent price, regardless of the price list or category. Is this easily done, or should we just change the prices manually?

Dear Jac,

Are you sure that the final price that you end up in the Invoice with isn’t the correct one??? Don’t worry about what the system displays for you in the Dialog when you generate the invoice from stock, that is only there for reference, in the actual invoice you should end up with the correct current selling price based on that client.
