Hi Raewyn,
There are 2 main ways of printing labels:
1)From the PO in which you receive the stock from a Supplier
2)From Inventory
From POs:
1)Go to Activities -> Purchase Orders
2)Find the items you want to print labels for
3)Highlight them
4)Click on the labels icon
5)From the next Dialog delete “Weight Gold” and click OK
6)If you are sure of generating all the labels in the selected POs click OK agai on the following dialog otherwise Cancel
7)Then exit from Inventory and go to Stock -> BarCodes -> Labels
8)Highlight the labels you want to print
9)Then click on the BarCode icon
10)Select Sound110 Complex ( I think this is the one you need to use but double check with your notes)
From Inventory:
11) Go to Stock -> Inventory
12) Find the items you want to print labels for
13) Highlight them
14) Click on the labels icon

All of this is also explained in the Video Tutorial 43-Printing Labels.avi
Do you have the original Video Tutorials? I am also organizing a new DVD + USM updated instruction booklet today. This should always be your first point of reference. The screens in the Video tutorials are often the old ones but the Logic is the same, it is only a visual graphical improvement.
This is all,
Adriano
