Adriano, I have some questions: in the 2 attachments I want to edit some of the details. Both are RTP. One I want to change the Invoice To name. The other i want to change the Tot. voucher amount or Gross un. amount. I thought i was able to do this before but can not find the instructions. thanks john

Hi John, You can edit data in RTP and NP records but you need to enter them without making a query first. Exit Invoices Re enter Invoices Sort (ONLY) columns from the Header Buttons Scroll to find records Double Click to enter. They will be editable if you follow the above sequence. Regards, Adriano
